Bank Trustee for the abovereferenced certificates or notes (the 2 Certificates issued by certain manufactured housing securitization trusts (the Securitization Trusts sponsored by Conseco Finance Corp. CFC" pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Sale and Servicing Agreement. As you are aware, holders of 2 Certificates received an allowed claim in the CFC Bankruptcy proceedings (the Allowed Claim to be allocated among the B- Certificates in accordance with the formula developed by CFC and the Official Unsecured Creditors. Doyle NOTICE OF SECOND INTERIM DISTRIBUTION On September 12, 2003, this United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Eastern ' Sixth Liquidating Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 Code (the "Plan ).
