This paper argues that the elderly are at risks of poverty illness incapacity and isolation and the need to set up such programs as income security health security long term care security accessibility and spiritual comfort. After years of reform and construction there has been a great development of the cause of our country s elderly security but the phenomenon of imbalance and inadequate still exists.
