22 2009 Conclusions The District continued to take positive steps on its SOD plan. However, the District has a ways to go to restore the unreserved/undesignated fund balance to a reasonable amount. The District has taken steps to fund and monitor its post employment severance and OPEB costs. The District is concluding its facilities upgrade and now should monitor its energy savings and work on paying down debt.
