Communication and dissemination: e.g. mutual learning, peer reviews, benchmarking, guides, reports, informative material and media coverage, information systems, Presidency events, conferences and seminars.

19 What is the ESF? The EU s key instrument for investing in people (78.2 billion in and over 86 billion in ) Established under the Treaty in 1957, it is the oldest of the Structural Funds. Its mission is to improve employment opportunities for people in the Union (Article 162 TFEU). It also contributes to economic, social and territorial cohesion (Articles 174 and 175 TFEU)
