1 TERMS and CONDITIONS PAGE 1 OF 4 Promotion Detail The ( Promotion ) is valid for a total of two (2) weeks from December 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 ( Promotion Period ). A Hoppe s authorized dealer, retailer or reseller ( Dealer/Retailer ) that at the time of purchase provides bona fide retail customers ( Customer ) with savings (the ) on each purchase by such Customer of a new, qualifying product set forth in Section 1.0 below ( Product ) and otherwise adheres to these Promotion Terms and Conditions will receive a credit in the amount set forth in Section 1.0 below for each such applicable for which the was applied by Dealer ( Credit ). Purchases made in or delivered to other countries are ineligible. 2) Maximum of two (2) weeks of promotion may be run during the Promotional Period. 3) Final sell through validation in the form of Proof of Sale (P.O.S.) reports/receipts showing all sales of the qualifying during the Promotion Period must be submitted. This proof of sell through must show date of purchase and show that the was applied to the purchase price at the time of sale to the end user. 4) Only product SKUS listed below in SECTION 1.0 are eligible for promotion 5) Some products in Section 1.0 may be covered by a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy. Disqualification Advertising: Dealer/Retailer fails to fulfill all of the advertising requirements set forth above. Non-Compliance: Hoppe s reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Dealer/Retailer from receiving any Credit s if Dealer/Retailer does not comply with any terms and/or conditions of this Promotion. Any fraudulent or false or submissions or acts by a Dealer/Retailer in connection with this Promotion will automatically disqualify such Dealer/Retailer from receiving any Credit.
