(see page 42) Enrollment Activities Nationwide representatives enrolled 558 employees during the quarter, conducted 236 workshops and held 476 individual meetings reaching approximately 1,561 employees. Achievements 2017 glidepath was implemented for the LifeCycle Portfolio of funds LifeCycle Portfolio Fact Sheets were updated and posted to the website. Published a Make a Resolution for your Future full page color ad in the January edition of the Round the Roundhouse publication. Published a Savers Credit full page color ad in the April edition of the Round the Roundhouse publication. The PERA Smart Save Plan s new fee structure proposal was approved in January. A participant communication plan for the new fee structure was developed. Upcoming Items Fiscal Year 2016/17 audit. New fee structure communication strategy for 3 rd quarter rollout. Discussion and planning around online enrollment and contribution changes. The Morningstar guidance and advise tool on the website will be updated to a Wilshire guidance and advise tool. Page 1
