Acquired with partners, an Australian property developer (Thakral) with $1 billion of assets, including a prime office site in Sydney and a portfolio of hotels, retail and commercial properties and other development projects Verde - San Antonio Expanded our industrial property portfolio, acquiring with partners, eight Class A industrial properties totaling 2.6 million square feet in five major U.S. industrial markets. Increased to 87.5% our ownership interest in Bishopsgate development, a 950,000 square foot office tower planned for central London, UK Acquired multi-residential portfolio of 19 apartment communities in the U.S. for total enterprise value of $414 million, bringing our multifamily portfolio to 15,600 units Launched two major development projects totaling nearly 6 million square feet: Manhattan West (New York) and Bay Adelaide Centre East (Toronto) RENEWABLE POWER PLATFORM Acquired a portfolio of four hydroelectric facilities in Tennessee and North Carolina from Alcoa with installed capacity of ~ 380 MW for $600 million Acquired 19 hydroelectric facilities totaling 351 MW of capacity in New England for total enterprise value of $760 million Acquired 93% of the outstanding shares of Western Wind Energy, a company with a portfolio of three wind facilities in California and a wind-solar facility in Arizona, subsequent to quarter end Cheoah, North Carolina
