13 OneVue creates the The FUND.eXchange is borne out of the ecosystem and creates a unique digital gateway between Platform Services and Fund Services outsourced unit registry. It leverages the unit trust pricing model (transaction based), scale and clients within the outsourced unit registry business to create a transformational fee for service model for Platform Services investors and advisers. The unit trusts being administered within Fund Services will enable smaller investors and those with larger balances to participate equally if they are using the same services. For instance a $2,000,000 client buying or selling the same fund is charged the same transaction amount as the $2,000 client. 13
