Most recently the MD of CitiStreet, a superannuation services joint venture between Citi and State Street. Previously MD of KAZ Business Services, including AAS, a leading superannuation administrator, and Chief General Manager of Allianz s personal insurance business. Matthew Morgan Non-executive Chairman Co founder of Diversa and currently Head of Business Development for Integria Healthcare, a private equity backed aggregation of businesses in the natural products sector. Formerly a Senior Investment Manager with QBF (QIC) and is a Kauffman Fellow. Stephen Bizzell Non-executive Director Experienced finance executive and public company director. 16 Appendix - biographies Executive Team Andrew de Vries - Head of Superannuation Services Seasoned financial services professional with significant experience in financial services covering financial advisory, managed fund research and funds management as well as product management and marketing roles. Also has experience in providing strategic financial planning and investment advice to retail clients. Most recently served as the GM of DIY Super for Perpetual Ltd and prior to that served as the Head of Investments for Citibank s retail bank. Vincent Parrott - Head of Funds Management Worked in leadership and investment roles within the institutional funds management sector for AMP, SBC (now UBS Global Asset Management), BT Funds Management and Aberdeen Asset Management. Cofounded boutique asset manager Souls Funds Management in 2001 (served as MD from 2001 to 2008), during which time funds under management age e and advice grew to $1bn. He has been involved in all aspects of investment management covering research and analysis and portfolio management across numerous asset sectors. Angus Craig CFO and Company Secretary Experienced corporate and finance executive, significant exposure to smaller public companies. Prior Company secretarial and finance roles with ASX and AIM listed companies, also worked at ASX as a Senior Companies Advisor for 6 years and a big 4 accounting firm. Nicholas D J Brookes - CEO of CCSL Limited 15 Senior management roles in private banking, wholesale and retail financial services both in Australia and internationally, led to founding in 1996 of the Corporate Super Association which represented approximately $60bn of superannuation interests and CCSL Ltd in CCSL has rapidly grown organically offering innovative trustee services to blue chip corporate super funds, large insurance institutions and high profile master trusts. Nick is Masters educated at Melbourne University, is a Fellow of FINSIA and speaks several languages.
