INTRODUCTION Within the investment platform framework, we provide the opportunity for the crypto market participants to increase their capital through investments in high yield and scalable government projects. 6 3. FINANCIAL AND LEGAL MODEL OF CARAT TOKEN CIRCULATION How to do work financing and why does CARAT grow? The funds received as a result of ICO (Initial Coin Offer) are distributed over personal accounts in the online account of each investor. The investment platform, as far as the full volume of funds needed for the project start-up is raised, gives permission to the project initiators to use these funds and monitors their intended use. At the same time, the investor will be able to withdraw the purchased tokens from his account to his personal CARAT wallet and act with them at personal discretion. The cost of the tokens is tied to the starting price of portfolio projects and do not publish information about themselves anywhere else and do not attract financing from any other funds other than the investment platform. As they are launched and developed, the market value of projects grows and the cost of CARAT increases accordingly. Holders of CARAT tokens at the time of their acquisition do not act as investors of a specific legal entity, as in case of concluding an investment agreement. 7 Will CARAT be further issued after ICO completion? The platform plans to form a set of projects. After the contest is held and the cost of new approved projects is estimated, there will be no additional issue of CARAT tokens. The necessary number of tokens for the next ICO will be redeemed by the platform on the exchanges. The number of tokens will be calculated at the time of the issue and will depend upon the market value of CARAT and the required amount for project financing. 3.1 CARAT token is a convertible obligation to transfer to the holder a certain number of shares in one (or several) of the start-ups and projects included in the project pool, financed by the investment platform and listed on the site of and in the personal account of the investor. 3.2 The number and value of project shares in relation to CARAT token is indicated in the personal account of the investor, on the platform site, after the registration procedure is completed. 3.3 Apart from the rules described above, the acquisition of CARAT tokens is possible by the following procedures: The Investor creates (or enters an already existing one) the Personal Account on the website 06

8 3.3.2 In his/her personal account on the site the investor applies for the number of CARAT tokens, which he/she intends to purchase and pays the cost of the tokens CARAT tokens are transferred to the Investor s personal account and upon ICO completion, the Investor disposes of them at own discretion The cost of CARAT tokens is backed by the projects placed on the platform and regulated by the stock exchange. As a rule, the Investmen Platform of Nigeria offers CARAT token, which in the future may give the token holder the rights to participate in one (or several) projects available on the platform. A share in new companies will be sold for tokens formally registered to the Investor at auctions. Until recently, industrial production was reserved for giant companies and governments.
