1 QUARTERLY SUMMARY As of March 3, 8 U.S. Large-Cap Core Equity SMA Annualized Three Months Year-to- Date Since Inception /3/7 U.S. Large-Cap Core Equity SMA Composite ( Pure Gross) -.6% -.6% -.6% U.S. Large-Cap Core Equity SMA Composite (Net - Wrap Fee) S&P 5 Index Value Added ( Pure Gross) Value Added (Net - Wrap Fee) PERFORMANCE PORTFOLIO MANAGER: Jeffrey Rottinghaus JOINED FIRM: INVESTMENT APPROACH Carefully constructed portfolio of the portfolio manager's highest conviction investment ideas supported by our deep pool of U.S. equity analysts. Core style targeting attractive opportunities across the investable universe irrespective of growth or value style. Investment process that: leverages the stock selection capabilities of our global research team; emphasizes fundamental bottom-up stock selection; is combined with an in-depth valuation assessment; has rigorous portfolio construction. Active risk management process integrated throughout our analysis. Focused Large-Cap approach with stock selection as the primary source of value added. PORTFOLIO CONSTRUCTION Roughly 5 securities. Invest in high conviction ideas over a two-year time horizon. Typical position size range: +/- 4% relative to the benchmark. Sector weights: Generally limited to +/- % relative to the benchmark. Expected active share: targeting 7% or greater STRATEGY HIGHLIGHTS The composite generated negative returns, but outperformed the benchmark (gross of fees) during the three-month period ended March 3, 8. Relative performance drivers: Stock choices in the health care sector drove relative outperformance. Security selection in the financials sector also contributed to relative gains. Conversely, the consumer staples sector had the largest negative impact on relative performance due to stock selection. Additional highlights: U.S. stocks advanced in January but ended the first quarter lower amid spikes in volatility unseen in recent periods. Investors worried that rising interest rates, the potential for higher inflation, and heightened global trade tensions could undermine the continued strength in global economies. From a positioning standpoint, one of our largest overweight sectors relative to the benchmark is health care, where we favor companies that are well positioned to take advantage of long-term industry trends, such as cost-saving distribution methods. Our largest holding is Danaher. The greatest underweight sector relative to the benchmark is consumer discretionary. Many brick-and-mortar retailers face significant challenges from online competitors, and traditional U.S. media companies are competing in a difficult environment due to new distribution models threatening the bundle. We maintain our cautious view on equities. While we acknowledge that strong earnings growth could continue to buttress stocks, we are mindful of potential risks from slowing economic growth, geopolitical shocks, and protectionist trade policies. ¹ Net annual returns reflect the deduction of a 3.% annual wrap fee which is the maximum anticipated wrap fee deducted from the pure gross composite returns. Actual fees may vary. Pure gross returns are presented before the deduction of expenses and all other fees, but may include transaction costs. Returns include reinvestment of dividends and capital gains. Supplemental information.

Verification assesses whether () the firm has complied with all the composite construction requirements of the GIPS standards on a firm wide basis and () the firm's policies and procedures are designed to calculate and present performance in compliance with the GIPS standards. Verification does not ensure the accuracy of any specific composite presentation. TRP is a U.S. investment management firm with various investment advisers registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority, and other regulatory bodies in various countries and holds itself out as such to potential clients for GIPS purposes. TRP further defines itself under GIPS as a discretionary investment manager providing services primarily to institutional clients with regard to various mandates, which include U.S., international, and global strategies but excluding the services of the Private Asset Management group. Effective June 3, 3, portfolio valuation and assets under management are calculated based on the closing price of the security in its respective market. Previously portfolios holding international securities may have been adjusted for after market events. Policies for valuing portfolios, calculating performance, and preparing compliant presentations are available upon request. Dispersion is measured by the standard deviation across asset weighted portfolio returns represented within a composite for the full year. Dispersion is not calculated for the composites in which there are five or fewer portfolios. Some portfolios may trade futures, options, and other potentially high risk derivatives which generally represent less than % of aportfolio. Benchmarks are taken from published sources and may have different calculation methodologies, pricing times, and foreign exchange sources from thecomposite. Composite policy requires the temporary removal of any portfolio incurring a client initiated significant cash inflow or outflow greater than or equal to 5% of portfolio assets. The temporary removal of such an account occurs at the beginning of the measurement period in which the significant cash flow occurs and the account re enters the composite on the last day of the current month after the cash flow. Additional information regarding the treatment of significant cash flows is available upon request. The firm's list of composite descriptions and/or a presentation that adheres to the GIPS standards are available uponrequest. US Large Cap Core Equity SMA Composite.
