With that said, look for the Henry Hub monthly natural gas contract and the Brent monthly oil contract to expire and roll on Tuesday and Thursday, respectively. Equity performance for Canadian energy stocks was soft this past week while the U.S. energy ETF market realized another inflow to the tune of ~$US290 million. Overall, the Oilfield Services sub-sector was the weakest relative performer this week with stocks off an average of ~1,100 bps, followed by Integrated names falling ~390 bps, Junior E&Ps down ~330 bps, DivCo E&Ps sliding ~320 bps W/W, Large Cap E&Ps decreasing ~310 bps, while International E&Ps increased ~610 bps W/W.
