INFORMS ON MANAGERS TRANSACTIONS In accordance with the provisions of article 8-B of the Portuguese Securities Code and article 1 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/008, SDC Investimentos, S.A. informs that its directors, António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor Andrade Santos reported that Investéder Investiments, Lda. ( Investéder ), company of which they hold all of the share capital, subscribed the capital increase of ("SDCI"), registered yesterday, from 160,000, Euros to 165,90, Euros with the issue of 0,000,000 new nominative common shares without nominal value. They also reported that Investéder sold shares of SDCI, out of the regulated market (Euronext Lisbon), to Oceanlotus, Lda., company presently owned in 60% by Investéder, 15% by António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and 15% by Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor of Andrade Santos. The reference price for this transaction was Therefore, Investéder holds a qualifying holding of 90,89% of the voting rights in the public company SDCI corresponding to the ownership of.097. shares. Following these transactions, the owners of Investéder - Investimentos, Lda. hold the voting rights corresponding to the indirect holding of.197. shares.
