32 Minimum Criteria for Global Equity RFP 1. Performance target of at least benchmark +1.5% pa net of fees 2. Strategy assets under management greater than 1bn 3. Available capacity of at least 500m 4. At least 5-years of realised track record 5. Fees relating to performance are unacceptable 6. Maximum fee of 50bps overall outcome will be materially lower 32
