3 3 FEE SCHEDULE There is a one-time $50.00 setup fee for all new customers. The fee schedule below is based on an annual invoice. Monthly charges are /2th the annual fee. The monthly minimum for all values under $36, is $5.00. Fees are determined based on the account holdings at the close of business on the last business day of the month using the average monthly spot value(s) and then applying the appropriate annual rate. Fees will be billed on a quarterly basis. 4 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOW DO I GET STARTED? The process is simple. Begin by calling our Customer Service Department directly at , or ing cntdepoperations@cntdepository.com with your name and contact information. Please state that you are interested in opening a storage account, and that you are a Texas Precious Metals customer, as you will be entitled to the special discounted rates highlighted on p.3. Our customer service staff will be happy to answer any questions, followed by the contract and compliance paperwork (either via , fax, or traditional mail). Upon completion, please allow -3 business days from the date we receive your paperwork to allow for processing. When your account becomes official, your account representative will contact you with your account number. Any precious metals purchased through Texas Precious Metals and assigned for storage will be securely shipped to CNT Depository on your behalf at no additional expense. Upon arrival at our facility, you will receive an inventory receipt confirming your new inventory balance. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE ADVANTAGES OF STORING WITH CNT DEPOSITORY?. Unlike safety deposit boxes (and unlike many other depositories), all precious metals stored at CNT Depository are 00% insured against all physical loss, damage, theft, or other liability. Our insurance provider is Lloyd s of London. 2. Since we are a privately owned facility, we are not subject to the same limitations imposed upon banking institutions by the US government. Furthermore, since we do not lend, there is no risk of a run on the depository like there is with a bank. 3. CNT Depository does not contract out any of our storage or security. We store all of your assets in our own highly secured facility. These assets are fully segregated, and remain constantly under our direct protection. Security (both internal and external) is our highest priority. 4. CNT Depository is a COMEX-approved silver depository. Only 6 facilities worldwide have obtained COMEX certification, and these facilities are highly-scrutinized, monitored, and must meet or exceed the most stringent security requirements in the world. 5. Our facility and the assets it holds are 00% insured against all physical loss, theft, damage, or other liability by Lloyds of London. We do not outsource any of our storage. Therefore, we are able to certify at all times that you are receiving the highest quality protection. ARE MY ASSETS CO-MINGLED WITH THE HOLDINGS OF OTHER CLIENTS? No. CNT Depository offers only segregated storage. From the moment your precious metals enter our facility, you can be certain your holdings remain segregated at all times. HOW CAN I TRACK THE ASSETS I HAVE IN STORAGE WITH CNT DEPOSITORY? CNT Depository provides an accounting statement at the end of each billing cycle. Additionally, each transaction is accompanied by a certificate of receipt and an inventory update. If at any time you wish to have an account update sent to you, customer service will be happy to provide that information. If you wish to inspect your holdings in person, you are free to make an appointment to do so. We are also happy to conduct real-time audits through a secure internet connection. CNT Depository stores all types of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins, bars, or rounds. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR TAKING DELIVERY OF MY HOLDINGS? Clients must first contact customer service and complete our shipping request document. We will gladly help you organize shipment to your desired location or prepare your metals for pick up at our facility. The standard handling fee is $5 package plus all applicable insurance, postage, and/or other courier costs. These costs are dependent on destination and value of the product being shipped.
