If you are looking for an investment with higher potential returns, this is the option for you. We are developing a hotel project in Pratumnak Hill together with one of the world s biggest hotel chains. As our investor, we forecast the following - Estimated construction cost: 536m THB Estimated product value: 750m THB Estimated return: 40%+ Estimated term: 2-4 years LET S HAVE A LOOK AT AN EXAMPLE (Option C) Invest 100,000 USD and receive profit share at the end at completion and resale of project. You will receive the earned profit on re-sale based on investment amount. *Exact term length and total amount received at the end of term is unknown but estimated at approximately 140%+ of purchase price after 2-4 years. NNG and ETRE pay the amounts net.

4 THE BASICS When investing in the NNG-ETRE structure you will receive redeemable convertible preference shares in the specific ETRE Corp. LLC that owns the real-estate assets as security. All principle repayments and interest payments (where applicable) are guaranteed by the established ASEAN-wide New Nordic Group. For option C, your investment is secured by the assets of NNG-ETRE LLC 2, which are two adjoined land plots located in the New Nordic Group s holiday village on Pratumnak hill, Pattaya, Thailand. This holiday village in is total made up of more than 50 buildings and 8 resorts. In this presentation we will go through all these details.

5 WHAT IS A REDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARE? Redeemable means that ETRE can purchase the shares back Convertible means that the shares can be converted to a different class of share Preference means that the shareholder have certain additional rights that are superior to other shares The New Nordic Group and ETRE offer RCPS solutions to the investor which provides much more flexibility than ever before. As an investor you are able to spread your funds across a mixture of projects with varying rates of return and term lengths.

Option A: Regular Returns Option B: Capital Gain ETRE Corp is made up of a top-co and several Limited Liability Corporations (LLCS). The first LLC is sold out, and currently we are offering two LLCs with different types of investments, both backed by different New Nordic Group asset classes.

7 LLC: Nova hotel ETRE Corp. NNG-ETRE LLC 2 ETRE Corp is raising funds pursuant to reg D 506(c) in adherence with the federal securities laws of the USA. ETRE will be audited twice annually by the BDO accounting firm, and all records will be made public to shareholders. NNG-ETRE LLC 1 Option C: Profit share based on development of hotel project. Option A: Regular Returns Option B: Capital Gain Option C Investments are secured by assets in LLC2, which are a mortgage over two land plots located in the New Nordic Group s holiday village on Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya. The other current offerings are secured by assets in LLC 1.

15 PROFIT PROJECTION We have projected the profit by using today s market rate for hotels in the local area. At the sales price of 750m THB, this creates the 40% bottom of our range as provided. Given certain market factors that are at play, not least the explosion in tourism growth in the area; we fully expect that a higher sales price could realistically be achieved. This forms the basis of the 60% projection at the top of our range. There are other positive factors such as the New Nordic fund structure and associated sales force that could also come into play when determining an exit point for this investment opportunity. 536m + 40% = 750m
