2 Brahayya Chartered Aountants CO Liited Review Report on Quarterly and Year to date Unaudited Standalone Finanial Results of The Manali Petroheials Liited pursuant to the regulation 33 of the SBI (Listing Obligations and Dislosure Requireents) Regulations, 215 \ To Board of Diretors, The Manali Petroheials Liited Chennai. 1. We have reviewed the aopanying stateent of unaudited standalone finanial results ("the Stateent") of The Manali Petroheials Liited ("the Copany") for the period ended 3th Septeber 218 attahed herewith, being subitted by the Copany pursuant to the requireent of Regulation 33 of the SBI (Listing Obligations and Dislosure Requireents) Regulations, This stateent is the responsibility of the Copany's Manageent and has been approved by the Board of Diretors in their eeting held on 22nd Otober 218. Our responsibility is to issue a report on this stateent based on our review 3. We onduted our review in aordane with the Standard on Review ngageent (SR) 241, "Review of Interi Finanial Inforation Perfored by Independent Auditor of the ntity" speified under setion 143(1) of the opanies At 213. This standard requires that we plan and perfor the review to obtain oderate assurane as to whether the finanial results are free of aterial isstateent. A review is liited priarily to inquiries of opany personnel and analytial proedures applied to finanial data and thus provides less assurane than an audit. We have not perfored an audit and aordingly, we do not express an audit opinion 4. Without qualifying our review onlusion, attention is invited to ote o.3 to the finanial results, whih explains the period of lease relating to the leasehold land on whih one of the anufaturing units of the Copany is operating has sine expired on June 3, 217 for whih requests for renewal have been filed by the Copany with Govt. of Tail adu, (the Lessor) and extension of lease is awaited. Pending renewal of lease, no adjustents have been ade in the finanial results for the quarter for any potential ipat of non-renewal of land lease whih is unasertainable at this point of tie. Further the anageent is onfident of obtaining the renewal of lease of land.
