A strong underlying performance, on the back of: Resilient education & Pay TV businesses Increasing international contribution Strong focus on efficiency and cost control 3. Prisa has successfully completed its financial debt refinancing which will provide Prisa with time and flexibility for an orderly implementation of the company s operational measures 15
