2 NQE ABSTRACT 2 Who we are S.C. Natura Quattuor Energia Holdings S.A. (hereinafter NQE) is a Romanian joint stock company, organized and operating under Romanian law. The shares issued by the Issuer are admitted to trading on the third tier market operated by Bucharest Stock Exchange (Tier: XMBS Symbol: SCPS). Since 2012, NQE has evolved from Real Estate Investment Group into a Renewable Energy Investment Group focusing primarly on the development of energy producing assets and the provision of related services. The development and operations of the Group in Real Estate are performed exclusively by an affiliate company GAIA PRO INVEST SRL (hereinafter Gaia), whose expertise in developing and managing green sustainable real estate projects is instrumental in NQE s investment strategy in this sector. Gaia has the technical knowledge and track-record to develop and manage Renewable Energy projects as well as inovative green properties on behalf of NQE and third parties, in Romania Listed in the Bucharest stock exchange. Change the name object of activity to Holdings activity. NQE Holdings proceeds to the merge through absorption of a financial asset and real estate asset. The merger through absorption is completed, the shareholders equity amounts to Euro 1,600,000 The Business Plan of the Company targets the implementation of 10+10Mw of renewable energy. Transfer of NQE Holdings S.A. to the third tier of the Bucharest stock exchange.
3 NQE ABSTRACT 3 Mission NQE mission stems from the contemporary global macroeconomic doctrine which proclaims that: as mankind strives to improve living standards and diminish income inequalities for an ever rowing population, the answer cannot be contained merely in achieving continuous economic growth without regard to the sustainability of human activities
4 4 NQE ABSTRACT Objectives NQE has centered its investment strategy and business objectives around, the contemporary macroeconomic approach of pursuing economic growth based on the principles of sustainable development. Globally, a new rapidly growing Industry is emerging. The exploitation of Renewable Energy Sources in generating clean energy and reducing the carbon footprint of human activities. Solar power is at the very core of this paradigm. NQE is set to become the vehicle to pursue real estate and renewable energy sources investments with a view to produce a Return on Equity of 14% to 20% over the next ten years in a combination of cash/dividends starting from 2013 from RES projects and capital gains from property investments in the period from 2015 to 2018.

7 INVESTMENT RATIONALE IN A NUTSHELL 7 Global warming and climate change are becoming one of the most critical challenges facing mankind. It is at the top of our global agenda. Sustainable Energy generation from Renewable Sources, and Energy Conservation provide a fundamental solution in tackling these challenges. Renewable Energy Sources (RES) are capable to revolutionize the energy industry as well as offer a vibrant new field of economic activity. As the second biggest country in Central Eastern Europe, Romania is positioning itself as an attractive destination in the global RES Energy Market. The EU-led directives coupled with a solid National legal and regulatory framework creates a favorable investment environment for RES projects in the years to come. Romania s current supply of energy produced from RES significantly lags behind EU average, whilst, both the geographical attributes and the local demand for clean energy offer a unique opportunity for RES development. Energy conservation is equally important with sustainable energy production. As the real estate sector is a major energy consumer, green eco-friendly buildings are becoming the response to a lower emissions footprint. The objective, today, is to design and construct such properties applying the technological advances in green applications (e.g. geothermal pumps, insulation, heat exchangers etc.). Apart from the qualitative benefits offered by a green building, the quantitative advantages are profound. Through innovative green technologies green / sustainable buildings have significantly lower energy costs. The annually energy consumption savings, of a green office building, as compared to a conventional high quality construction building are around 31%, while as compared to a conventional low quality construction building they are around 42%.
