1 Nifty Storming Towards Mark, With Firm Gain On The First Day Of The Week Tuesday, January 23, 2018 The Indian Benchmark Index Nifty is storming towards mark, as the index has logged strong gains on the first trading day of the week to close the index at all time high. The index opened at and closed after making a high of The index gained 71 points or0.66%. In Index Options, FII and PRO in combined have bought contracts in Index Options in the Current Expiry. The Cash Market Benchmark Index Small Cap also participated in yesterday s buying, as the index was up by 0.77% from its previous close. The index closed at 9360 and made a high of In Sectorial performance IT has gained 2.94% and CHEMICALS was up by 2.64%.The stock which gained yesterday from low are MINDTREE (was up by 9.21%), NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS (was up by 6.97%) and MASTEK (was up by 6.88%).In Chemical sector FINEOTEX CHEMICAL and NOCIL was up by 8.97% and 7.05% respectively.
