2 CORE BUSINESS A SNAPSHOT The DCB Group is basically involved in the following:- Sales & marketing and manufacturing of electronic gaming machines and casino equipment (SSM) Machines concession program & technical support management (TSM) Equity investment and management of boutique casino, hotel & clubs with gaming licenses (L&E) 2

3 HIGHLIGHTS The Group registered an increase of 16% for quarter on quarter revenue 1H09 losses mainly due to forex loss, impairment on assets & stocks written off, pre-operating costs of Chateau de Bavet Chateau de Bavet, our first flagship boutique hotel & casino, commenced operations w.e.f 1 st August More than 10 new concession venues expected at Macau & Philippines by year end Completed Private Placement exercise Raised approximately RM14 mil of working capital RAM Ratings reaffirmed DCB s credit rating to A1 and P1 for long and short term outlook respectively 3
