As be analysed considering the peculiar structure of the new shareholding and operating in those sectors in the lights of the new market architecture the allocation of resources. The history of ENEL is therefore an interesting case to be studied in conjunction with other cases of successful public liberalised industry from inside. In this paper we analyse one such a case of former public monopoly
