To date we have concluded 11 MWp and we are able to offer discount to grid rates up to 50%. This means our clients enjoy a 50% reduction in the cost of electricity without any capital investment. 02 CO-OWNERSHIP Through utislising this model we have joined our clients as investors without the regulatory complications of forming Joint Venture structures. An investment into solar power is an investment into a clean and efficient future. We have developed proven investment models that are easily tailored to fit our clients unique requirements. With our other divisions we invest in our clients businesses taking core energy utilities off their balance sheet and freeing up capital for them to grow. 03 SOLAR JOINT VENTURES (JV) When larger portfolios are developed it can make sense to set up a JV with equity ownership by both the client and Energy Partners. 04 TURN KEY A full investment and ownership (100%) by our clients. EP Solar typically enters into long term maintenace contracts after the construction phase of projects which includes a system performance guarantee.
