15 COMPENSATION 1 PERSONAL INCOME When you help families and write new business you earn a commission. As you reach certain preset levels, your commission percentage increases. You can reach out to anyone who has a need; there are no limits to the number of clients you can serve. 2 AGENCY INCOME As you grow your business you have the opportunity to mentor and coach associates. As these associates write new business, you earn a portion of the overall commissions. YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL WFG offers an excellent income opportunity. The following example shows how helping a family results in a $2,400 commission paid to the field, with the commission based on an average life insurance policy sale to a 40-year-old 13, 14, 15 male who is contributing $200 per month to the policy. Your portion of the bonus can grow based on your organization s production and increase your earning potential. 5 RECURRING INCOME A big step in your professional growth is becoming an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR). As an IAR, through the use of approved third-party money managers, you can offer professional money management to your clients, which can provide you with recurring income.
