Van Bortel Aircraft, Inc. s Win a Brand-New Ford F150 Pickup Truck Sweepstakes Official Rules SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE LAWS OF CANADA AND SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND PROVINCIAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL OFFICIAL RULES. I. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Van Bortel Aircraft, Inc s Win a Brand-New Ford F150 Pickup Truck Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) begins 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST"), Wednesday, March 1, 2017, and ends 5:00 p.m. CST, Sunday, December 31, 2017 (the "Entry Period"). III. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia ( D.C. ) and legal Canadian residents (excluding in the province of Quebec, where it is void, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by Canada law), who are either an aircraft owner or certificated as a Student, Sport, Recreational, Private, Commercial, or Airline Transport Pilot (collectively Participant(s) or you ) as of March 1, A medical certificate is not necessary. Participants need to be at least the age of majority in the state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at time of entry.. Should a Participant who has their primary residence outside the United States, win the Grand Prize, they will be required to abide by United States law, regulations, and tax requirements. Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. Not open to the general public. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor its respective subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, franchisees and franchisees affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and/or their affiliates, assigns or representatives; or any other individuals or entities involved in the development or administration of, or supply to this Promotion (collectively Released Entities ), are not eligible to participate and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and each of their respective spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to enter or win. The Promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local and international laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. IV. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

2 An individual will be deemed a Participant in the Sweepstakes if eligible as per Eligibility requirements (Section III) and enter the Sweepstakes using at least one (1) of two (2) methods of entry described below: 1.) Entry with Purchase Method: a. Purchase one (1) Cessna Aircraft from Van Bortel Aircraft, Inc. to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. b. Purchase additional Cessna aircraft to receive additional entries. Limit one per day. All Cessna Aircraft purchases from March 1, 2017 will be included in Sweepstakes. c. An aircraft purchase agreement is required to be completed and signed, the transaction paid and closed, and the aircraft delivered during the Promotion Period. d. All orders are called into e. Aircraft returned prior to the official drawing date will be excluded from Promotion. At time of aircraft purchase and/or signed purchase agreement, the name of the person and/or the company s owner will be entered into the Sweepstakes database for the random drawing. If there is more than one owner, it will be the owner who signs the purchase agreement. 2.) Mail-In Entry Method: Enter by hand printing on a 3" x 5" card, in black or blue ink, your first name, last name, address (if available), mailing address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers with area code first, date of birth. Mail the 3" x 5" card in a hand printed first class stamped envelope to: Compliance /Van Bortel Aircraft, Inc. s Win a Brand-New Ford F150 Pickup Truck, P.O. Box 468, Stonington, CT a. All entries must be postmarked by December 30, 2017 and received by January 4, b. Each properly completed and received card will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit one per day. c. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced 3 x 5 cards, and outer envelopes are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than maximum allowed entries. Proof of sending a submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, damaged, or misdirected. Postage due mail entries will be disqualified. d. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. V. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: One () potential Grand Prize Winner ( Winner ) will be randomly selected on or about January 12, 2018, by a third party administrator ( the Administrator ), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by phone and . If the potential Winner does not respond within three (3) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message, or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor s sole discretion. Odds of winning in this drawing depend upon the number of entries received by the time of the drawing. VI. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2017 Ford F150 Pickup Truck. Approximate MSRP is $30,000. VII. GRAND PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. The Grand Prize Winner must accept the 2017 Ford F150 Pickup Truck ( Vehicle ) within ten (10) days after notification. The selection of the dealership is within the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Vehicle will have such color, features and options as are chosen by Sponsor and will have a Manufacturer s Suggested Retail Price of approximately $30, The Sponsor will pay the amount of the Vehicle payment; provided, however, that the Vehicle will be executed in the name of the Winner and the Winner assumes all responsibilities associated with the Vehicle Prize. Winner must also execute any documents necessary to take title to such Vehicle. The payment does not include title, tag, registration fees or applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner shall be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the Vehicle prize, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage and death to third parties, insurance, fuel, tolls, routine maintenance, excess wear & tear or damage to the Vehicle and all applicable taxes. The color of the Vehicle and other available options and features is subject to availability

3 of dealer. Actual Vehicle may vary from promotional images of the Vehicle. There are no additional warranties on the Vehicle except as may be offered by the manufacturer. Winner must be a licensed and insured driver and will be responsible for picking up the Vehicle at Van Bortel Aircraft, 4912 South Collins Street, Arlington, Texas or any other location as specified by the Sponsor. Any cost of transporting Vehicle to another location is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Delivery of the Vehicle shall be made as soon as practical after the drawing, but in no event more than eight (8) weeks after the Winner executes the Prize Claim Documents (as defined in Section VIII). SPONSOR AND DEALERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE VEHICLE. No transfer of Prize will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize package with another Prize (or cash equivalency) of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. All decisions by Sponsor as to prizewinner and Prizes are final. Total Prize Pool Value is $30, VIII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Winner receiving a prize valued over $ Prize required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within five (5) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver s license or birth certificate as proof of age. A Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before a Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Winner. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected for the Prize at issue. If a Canadian citizen wins the Prize they will be required to answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential Winner from Canada cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within three (3) days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Participants consent to the use of the personal data they submit to be used solely by the sponsor and affiliated partners for marketing purposes, statistical analysis, or customer relations. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties and all entrants will be given the opportunity to opt-out at any time. IX. LIMIATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to failure or incapacity by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities and Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities and Sponsor are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials for this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering, entrants agree that (1) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant s rights and obligations, or the rights

4 and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be (i) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, (ii) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Texas or the appropriate Texas state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs. X. RELEASES: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor and Released Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize offered. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Released Entities reliance upon Winner s compliance with these Official Rules, or Winner s participation in Sweepstakes related activities, Winner grants to Sponsor (except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law) the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Web Site) the Winner's name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations. XI. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, each Participant agrees that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in Texas for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. XII. MISCELLANEOUS: Names of manufacturers are used for purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply the manufacturer's sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Promotion. The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. For Participant, to the extent there is a conflict between Official Rules appearing any other

5 location and any terms of use or other agreements posted on the Sponsor's Web Site, these are the Official Rules to be abided by.
