2 Walton County Recovery Private Property Towing Contract This agreement is entered this day of, 20 between Walton County Recovery LLC. and. The physical address of the property to which agreement refers is as follows: City of, Fl. This agreement gives Walton County Recovery LLC. the authority to enter upon said property and remove any vehicles, vessel or Trailers which is deemed unauthorized, abandoned, illegally parked, or inoperable per the terms of this agreement in compliance with Florida Statue and as showed on the attached map. The exclusive use of Walton County Recovery LLC. by the party named above shall commence on the day of. 20 and the contract shall remain in full force until cancelled by either party. Walton County Recovery LLC. acts as an independent contractor and will assume all liabilities for damage incurred as a result of the removal and storage of such vehicles, vessel or Trailers. Walton County Recovery LLC. agrees to maintain Liability, Physical Damage, and Property Damage insurance on all of its towing units during the terms of this agreement as required by law. Walton County Recovery LLC. will assume all responsibilities in the notification of law enforcement agencies in reporting the impoundment of such vehicles, vessel or Trailers. Walton County Recovery LLC. does hereby indemnify and hold the property owners, management company, and it s employees harmless from any and all losses, damages, causes of action, court proceedings, or liabilities whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of Walton County Recovery LLC. pursuant to this agreement. Walton County Recovery LLC. Shall charge the vehicle owner/operator for services rendered as provided under Florida Statue It is the property owner/management responsibility to ensure that Florida Statue is followed when authorizing a tow from said property. Walton County Recovery LLC. will assist the property owner/manager with bringing the property into compliance of Florida Law.

3 Walton County Recovery If any part of this agreement is determined by a court of law to be unenforceable, the remaining parts of this agreement will remain in force. This agreement shall be subject to cancellation by either party upon a thirty (30) day written notice delivered by fax, , or Certified U.S. Mail. Please insure that a Property Information form is kept current on file and any Changes in parking enforcement procedures, such as placing the property on a temporary hold, additional vehicles allowed to park, or enforcement times not included on the original binding agreement and/or addendum must be faxed, ed, or delivered Certified Mail for verification purposes. Walton County Recovery LLC. will follow all laws and statutes set by the State of Florida and any additional laws set forth in any ordinance of Walton County Florida. I certify that I am authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the property owner, and/or Management Company with Walton County Recovery LLC. I also proclaim that Walton County Recovery LLC. Has not offered any gifts, free services, free products, commissions, or the promise of any gifts for the use of their services.
