1 Detailed Client Information (DCI) transaction manual The client information or data can be used as a Marketing opportunity to identify new business prospects. Why DCI clients? In addition, this transaction speeds up the process of decision making in terms of the r e - allocation of clients. What is important about this data? This data is used for extractions, analysis, p redictive modelling and market trends. The clients of business units that are indicated in DCI are as follows: Sanlam life SCI Glacier DCI include all primary clients with an in-force Sanlam life policy of which the requested intermediary is the jockey. What do we know about the client? DCI is a single view of the client containing all the information of a client (personal, contact, profile and product). PPS clients of the intermediary is included in DCI although it is not indicated separately.
