Data Universal System (DUNS) Number: Notification regarding registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database: Registration valid GOVERNMENT LOAN PROGRAM Use of Bair Hugger, Veterinary Bair Hugger, Bair Paws and Ranger warming units ( Warming Units ) is available to Government facilities without additional charge. Major program details are as follows: 1. Ownership of and title to Warming Units to remain vested with Arizant Healthcare Inc. 2. Government facilities must purchase disposables to use with the Warming Units from Arizant Healthcare (or a distributor or reseller designated by Arizant Healthcare). 3. Disposables and accessories to be priced per current FSS price list. 4. Participating Government facilities will be responsible for monitoring the condition and location of Warming Units and accounting for Warming Units. 5. The term of the Government Contract Loan Program Agreement will be for the term of the FSS Agreement, unless otherwise terminated. A no-charge Delivery Order (No Charge Purchase Order) identifying the quantity of warming units desired must be completed by the Government facility and submitted to Arizant Healthcare to participate in this Program.
