5 Accident Medical Expense and AD&D - Claims Accident coverage is provided on an excess basis of any other valid coverage, health plan, automobile, government, workers compensation, or employee/employer liability coverage. Charges incurred by a member for medical services in the treatment of a covered Bodily Injury sustained in an accident will be eligible for payment after first deducting payment due under any other valid coverage. Claims processes are explained in the member fulfillment after purchase. The fulfillment document lists address, phone number and detailed instructions.

6 Accident Medical Expense and AD&D Exclusions Exclusions include but are not limited to: Coverage reduces by after the insured turns 70. Exclusions include coverage for losses resulting from the following: Servicing in Armed Forces Intentional or Self Inflicted Travel by Aviation Injury occurred outside the US Bacterial or Viral Infection Please see policy for full list of exclusions

Most customers will say either: Accident or Critical Illness Offer the USHealth $5,000 or $10,000 AME to fill their deductible gap I agree and having an accident could cause you a lot of out of pocket We are finding that many customers who purchase a $5,000 deductible are also adding a $5,000 accident medical plan to help fill the gap It s a great product; would you like to learn more about it?
