An Application for Public Resale Community Event (Form RS/GAM 5019). A detailed description of the event (fair, tournament, rodeo) A floor plan of the event site including measurements of areas to be licensed. Show all entrances/exits, liquor and consumption areas. Occupant Load Certificate(s) are required if measurements are not indicated. In the case of an outside event, the plan will show the location of the licensed and related areas. Hand drawn is acceptable. A Lease, Rental Agreement or Certificate of Title for the event site. A copy of Organization or Club Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Status, appropriate Charter or Registration under Part 9 of the Companies Act or the Societies Act. In the case of Legions or Fraternal organizations, a letter from the executive or governing body may be accepted. A copy of Proof of Active Annual Return filed with Corporate Registry. ONLY COMPLETED APPLICATION PACKAGES WILL BE PROCESSED You may be contacted by an AGLC Inspector in order to arrange a meeting to discuss requirements and regulations of a Special Event Public Resale Community licence. 4 LICENCE FEE CALCULATION $50 per day for liquor purchases up to $1,000; $100 per day for liquor purchases more than $1,000 and up to $3,000; and $200 per day for liquor purchases more than $3,000.
