23 Adjustments and Assumptions Model inputs include large loss severity curves, that generate claims over $1M. Historical MegaRisk large losses, trended annually at 2.5% (and for some alternative models to perform sensitivity testing, at 5%) to 12/31/06, the midpoint of the reinsurance coverage of the upcoming renewal. Loss data excludes IBNR; only data from claims 2002 and prior were used for liability and assumed to be fully developed. Correlation between liability lines is 10%; between liability and property is 20%. 23
