The proprietary networks are supported by bancassurance, especially in France, Spain and Mexico. Traditional channels are complemented by innovative ones, such as internet, which the Group seeks to develop. The Generali Group looks for distribution effectiveness and efficiency through initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer base. In particular, the Group launched the Customer As An Asset program based on initiatives in the fields of customer loyalty and satisfaction and crossselling.
