On the city expressway continue straight on until you reach the exit for Altmannsdorf and then follow the right lane in the direction of Wiental. You are now on the Altmannsdorfer Straße. Continue going straight on, then continue along the Grünbergstraße until you reach the Schloßstraße. There, turn right and carry straight on until you reach the U-Bahn station/meidling park centre. At the junction (Schloßstraße-Meidlinger Hauptstraße), turn left and follow the right lane. After the traffic lights, our hotel and access to the garage are located on the right-hand side. BY CITY AIRPORT TRAIN (CAT) When you land at Vienna International Airport, take the CAT until the last station, Wien Mitte/Landstraße. You will arrive at the City Air Terminal. The journey takes 16 minutes. Change onto the U-Bahn U4 (green line) in the direction of Hütteldorf and get off at the 7th station: Meidling Hauptstraße. The journey time is approximately 10 minutes. As soon as you have left the U-Bahn station building opposite to direction of travel, you will see the Renaissance Wien Hotel diagonally opposite on the corner of the Linke Wienzeile and Ullmannstraße. The amount of points or air miles is based on the actual fee paid for an organised event.

15 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS 1. SCOPE OF VALIDITY These terms and conditions apply to the accommodation contract or the rental of conference, banquet and event rooms of the hotel as well as all other associated goods and services of the hotel. The accommodation provider is the company that runs the hotel and will also be conceptually referred to as the "hotel". The accommodation contract and/or rental contract or agreed goods and services of the hotel will be conceptually referred to as the "contract". The customer/purchaser will also be conceptually referred to as the "contracting party". The subletting of the rooms, areas or displays, as well as invitations to interviews, sales events or any similar events require the prior written consent of the hotel. The terms and conditions of the event organiser/customer will only apply if this was expressly agreed. 2. ACCOMMODATION START AND FINISH The contracting party has the right to access the hired rooms from 2.00 p.m. on the agreed day ("arrival date") if the hotel offers no other reference time. If a room is used before 6.00 a.m., the previous night is counted as the first overnight stay. The rented rooms must be vacated by the contracting party by p.m. on the day of departure. The hotel is entitled to charge for one additional day if the rented rooms are not vacated on time. The contracting party cannot not guaranteed the option to extend its stay. If the contracting party requests the extension of its stay in good time, the accommodation provider may agree to the extension of the contract. The hotel is under no obligation to do so. If the contracting party departs prematurely, the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed amount in full. 3. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT If the advance payment is not made even after a reasonable grace period, as determined by the hotel, the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract. If the contracting party withdraws from the contract, the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed amount if an alternative rental is no longer possible. If no price was yet agreed for a requested menu, the least expensive three-course menu of the applicable event offer plus drinks package, multiplied by the agreed number of persons, will be billed. The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, for example: in the case of force majeure or other circumstances outside of the hotel's control that prevent it from fulfilling the contract; in the case of events booked on the basis of misleading, false or incomplete information regarding, for example, the event organiser or purpose; if the hotel has reasonable grounds to believe that the event poses a risk to the smooth operation of the business or the safety or the reputation of the hotel, without this being attributable to the hotel's domain or sphere of organisation; in the case of a breach of paragraph 1 ("Scope of validity"); if the contracting party or guest makes use of the rooms in a way that is severely detrimental to the hotel or otherwise disturbs the peace of the other guests, the proprietor, the employees or third parties residing in the hotel as a result of reckless, offensive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour, or commits a punishable offence against the property, morality or physical safety of the aforementioned persons; if the contracting party becomes affected by or otherwise in need of care as a result of a contagious illness or any illness exceeding the duration of their stay in the hotel; if the contracting party does not pay the presented bills when due within a reasonable grace period (3 days). In the event that chooses to exercise its right of withdrawal, the hotel must notify the event organiser without delay. If a guest does not appear by 6.00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date, there is no obligation to accommodate them unless a later arrival time has been agreed. 4. CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION OF EVENTS OR FOOD AND BEVERAGE (F&B) SERVICES All reservations, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing. The number of persons specified in the contract will be used as a guarantee for the number of guest rooms and F&B packages. The following conditions apply for guest rooms, conference rooms and fixed rate F&B services. TOTAL CANCELLATION Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge Cancellation 6 8 weeks before arrival 25% of total fee Cancellation 3 6 weeks before arrival 50% of total fee Cancellation from 21 days before arrival 100% of total fee REDUCTION 6 8 weeks before arrival 25% of the originally booked rooms or F&B services can be cleared from the booking free of charge. For each room or F&B service in excess of 25% that is cleared from the booking, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the fee for the whole duration of the room or F&B service booking will apply. 3 6 weeks before arrival 20% of the currently booked rooms or F&B services can be cleared from the booking free of charge. For each room or F&B service in excess of 20% that is cleared from the booking, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the fee for the whole duration of the room or F&B service booking will apply. Guest rooms and F&B packages that are cleared from the booking at any later point are subject to 100% of the total fee. Conference rooms (pure rental) can simply be cancelled; a reduction is not possible in this case. 5. GUARANTEE OF PARTICIPANT NUMBERS The guaranteed number of participants specified in the contract is deemed agreed until the point of any increase. Should any increase be made after the contract has been signed, this automatically takes the place of the previously agreed number (rooms and meetings). The reduction and cancellation conditions will then apply to the new guaranteed number of participants. The event organiser acknowledges that for all events at which food is to be served, the hotel requires the exact number of participants and their choice of food at least seven working days before the event. This number counts as the minimum guaranteed number of participants and will be billed to the event organiser by the hotel in any case. Deviations from the original number of participants that are less than the minimum guaranteed number cannot be taken into account during billing. Any additional orders of food, drinks, tobacco products etc. will be charged in addition. If the guaranteed number of persons is exceeded by more than 10 percent, we ask for your understanding that the preferred order of courses may not be available. If the hotel is not provided with a minimum number of participants by seven days prior to the event, the number of participants originally agreed in the contract will be used as the guaranteed number of participants and will form the basis for the final bill. 6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS (BANQUET) VALUABLES Valuables, cash, coats, musical instruments, etc. brought by the participants of the event can be deposited free of charge in the hotel's safe, insofar as there is free capacity, or handed over for safekeeping at reception. In any other case, no liability is assumed by the hotel. Billing of drinks If no other agreement has been made, drinks will be billed in accordance with the actual consumption. No signature is required for the consumed drinks unless the end customer explicitly requests it. Food brought by the event organiser Without the prior written consent of the hotel, no food or drink may be brought for consumption in the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge an appropriate fee for any food or drink brought into the hotel. MUSIC If you are planning music during your event, we kindly ask you to make the required declarations personally and in good time to AKM and entertainment tax (for MA 4, Tel. +43 (01) 42800/2449), and to submit to us the verifying forms for our inspection one week prior to the event. For your calculations, we request that you use the prices specified under "Bei Musik inkl. VgSt. (AKM)". All related costs will be borne by the event organiser. DECORATIONS The event organiser is obliged to inform the hotel and obtain its consent for the intended fitting of decorative materials or other items. The event rooms must not be damaged and the decorations must match the style of the building interior. The decorations must be fitted by qualified personnel and must comply with all police and fire regulations. All costs associated with the fitting and removal of decorations shall be borne by the event organiser. If any decorative items used by the event organiser are left in the rented rooms more than twelve hours after the end of the event, 50% of the agreed room rental fee will be charged as a reasonable storage fee. Any waste will be disposed of at the expense of the organiser if it is not removed within six hours of the end of the event. ROOM RENTAL FEES The agreed room rental fee applies only to the provision of the rooms as well as the required furniture, insofar as it is available in the hotel. Technical devices as well as their energy requirements are not included in this. VACATION OF THE EVENT ROOMS The event organiser must vacate the occupied rooms by the agreed time. If the vacation deadline is agreed only as a certain calendar day, the room must be vacated by 2.00 p.m. of the day in question. If the event organiser does not meet this deadline, the hotel is entitled to remove all items brought by the event organiser and the store them with a third party at the risk and cost of the event organiser.

16 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 7. LIABILITY The event organiser shall be severally and jointly responsible for any damage or loss of the hotel caused by their customers, guests and representatives before, during and immediately after the event, along with the actual perpetrator. If necessary, the event organiser may be requested to purchase their own insurance by the hotel. The hotel shall be liable for any damage compensation claims against the event organiser and their guests, employees or representatives with regards to items brought into the hotel, only in cases of gross negligence on the part of the hotel, but not of auxiliary persons. ( 1313a ABGB) 8. AMENDMENT OF THE CONTRACT BY THE HOTEL In the case that the hotel or parts of the hotel are affected by an acute emergency or technical defect or similar, the hotel is either fully or partially released from fulfilling its contractual obligations insofar as the proper fulfilment of the contract is prevented by the circumstances. However, in such a case the hotel pledges to make the contractually agreed services at an equivalent alternative location. The contracting party will not be entitled to any additional claims in excess of this. 11. FORCE MAJEURE "Force majeure" releases both parties, the customer and the hotel, from their contractual obligations under this agreement. The following are considered as force majeure: war, occupation, riots, strikes, terrorism, complete breakdown in the supply facilities, total cessation of air traffic, technical defects; however, all of these apply only if the hotel and its operation is directly affected. 12. VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT The contract only becomes valid with the legally binding signature of both contracting parties. The person accepting this agreement declares themselves legally entitled to make contractual statements on behalf of the customer. If this is retrospectively discovered to be incorrect, the named person shall be liable for the full extent of any damages as falsus procurator. Should components of the contract not be observed, both contracting partners may withdraw from the contract at any time. Additions, amendments or annulments of this contract must be expressed in writing in order to be valid, as must any departure from these formal requirements (signed declaration by all contracting parties). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) will also apply, unless otherwise agreed in this contract. All booking amendments must be communicated to the hotel in writing and should be addressed to the Group & Event Coordinator. 9. LIABILITY OF THE HOTEL AS ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER FOR DAMAGE TO BROUGHT ITEMS The accommodation provider is liable for items brought by the contracting party in accordance with 970 et seq. ABGB. The liability of the accommodation provider is only guaranteed if the items are passed to the accommodation provider or persons authorized by the accommodation provider, or if the items have been brought to a location specified by such persons or to a designated location for such a purpose. Unless the accommodation provider can provide evidence otherwise, the accomm odation provider shall be liable for their own faults or the faults of their employees as well as incoming and outgoing persons. The accommodation provider is liable in accordance with 970 para. 1 ABGB to the maximum extent specified in the federal law of 16 November 1921 concerning the liability of landlords and other business owners in the respective applicable version. If the contracting party or guest does not swiftly comply with the request of the accommodation provider to store the items in a specific storage place, the accommodation provider shall be free from any liability. The maximum extent of any liability of the accommodation provider shall be limited to the sum of the liability insurance of the respective accommodation provider. Any fault of the contracting party or guest is to be taken into account. The liability of the accommodation provide is excluded in cases of minor negligence, with the exception of personal injury. If the contracting party is a business owner, liability for gross negligence is also excluded. In this case, the contracting party shall bear the burden of proof for the presence of any fault. Consequential damages or indirect damages and lost profit will not be compensated in any case. The damage to be compensated shall be limited to the extent that the contracting party has stood to gain from the validity of the contract. 13. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE The invalidity of individual contract conditions does not affect the effectiveness of the rest of the contract. The hotel and the customer shall commit to replacing any ineffective provisions with an effective contract clause appropriate to the economic objectives. 14. SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS For all points not mentioned here, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) will apply. These can be found online at the website of the ÖHV (Austrian Hoteliers Association) ( 15. TAXES AND DUTIES All prices are inclusive of statutory charges and taxes. These will be passed onto the event organiser in the event of any increase. For valuables, money and security papers, the accommodation provider is liable for an amount not currently exceeding The accommodation provider is liable for further damages only in the case that they assumed responsibility for the storage of these items in the knowledge of their nature, or in the case that the damage was caused by the accommodation provider themselves or one of their representatives. If the contracting party is a consumer, the liability of the accommodation provide is excluded in cases of minor negligence, with the exception of personal injury. If the contracting party is a business owner, the liability of the accommodation provider for minor and gross negligence is also excluded. In this case, the contracting party shall bear the burden of proof for the presence of any fault. Consequential, immaterial or indirect damages and lost profit will not be compensated in any case. The damage to be compensated shall be limited to the extent that the contracting party has stood to gain from the validity of the contract. The accommodation provider may refuse to accept valuables, money and security papers for safekeeping, if the items in question are considerably more valuable than guests of the respective establishment usually deposit. Liability for safekeeping is excluded in any case, if the contracting party and/or guest does not immediately inform the accommodation provider of the damage that has occurred on discovery. Furthermore, these claims must be legally asserted within three years of the contracting party or guest gaining knowledge or potential knowledge; otherwise, the right to such a claim will expire. 10. JURISDICTION The Commercial Court of Vienna is the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract or its annulment in accordance with 104 JN (Jurisdiction Standards). Austrian law applies.
