11 Filing Procedures Florida, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming Transition to Post-NIMA: s 1. Contact FSLSO to receive the Multistate Form 2. Provide completed form, copy of endorsement(s) and the premium allocation breakdown to the FSLSO Accounting Department 3. FSLSO will verify the policy was originally filed with the Surplus Lines Clearinghouse a. Florida: FSLSO will provide invoices for surplus lines taxes and assessments (if applicable) b. South Dakota, Tennessee or Wyoming: FSLSO will forward the request and supporting documentation to the appropriate state.
12 Transition to Post-NIMA: s Reminders for Filings Florida, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming 1. No corrections to Clearinghouse transactions will be accepted. 2. All taxes are paid to the home state. No tax sharing between states. 3. Refunds for taxes allocated taxes must be submitted to each NIMA state. 4. NO CLEARINGHOUSE FEES WILL BE CHARGED OR REFUNDED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30.
