Box 6248 Dearborn, MI April 7, 2015 Re: 2013 Ford Focus vin# This letter is sent to inform you that we are sending applicable paperwork to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles regarding our 2011 Focus and the "Texas Lemon Law." Since August, 2014, the car has been repaired three times for the clutch assembty. We are aware the warranty has been extended for this repair but, as this problem resurfaces without warning and has very nearly caused accidents in the past, we no longer believe in the safety of the car. Extending the warranty, rather than -Ospixigeasing our minds, leads us to believe FMC has little or no confidence the repairs that have been done.
