2 PROBLEM Insurances are very difficult to compare. A customer does not automatically recognize whether there is an over- or undercover, and there is a lack of a current overview. Insurance policies are stored in a folder and usually outdated, the communication with the insurance is carried out by telephone and mail, bills are kept in the finances and reimbursement documents are forwarded without control. If you want to take advantage of an insurance claim, communication is very complicated, untransparent and each insurance company has its own procedures to which the customer has to hold and this is often very unsatisfying. 71% of customers worldwide have unsatisfactory experiences with their insurance companies Insurance companies want to impose their customers their own apps and web pages, even though 95% of all customers have their policies with more than one insurance, and are therefore forced to manage multiple apps and web pages.

5 PRODUCT NUBUS is a real cloud application and can be run on any browser enabled smartphone, tablet, Mac and PC. Insurers can record insurances policies with just a few clicks OR insurance companies and brokers can open appropriate accounts for their customers. Policies can be updated, requests for new policies can be made, claims can be reported, reimbursement documents sent, premium bills paid and vehicles reregistered. Customers always have access to their insurance documents, always have an emergency app and the certainty that they are not alone in the case of damage.
6 BUSINESS MODELL each location pays yearly CHF/ Customers can make add-in purchases to enable additional functions (document safe, car fleet management, patient card, etc.). External suppliers may offer complementary products in the application (tires, legal protection insurance, travel insurance, TCS, Rega etc.) The license income is 2 Mio per year, income from add-in purchases (5%) is about CHF 400'000.-, the revenues by advertising partners approx. CHF 600'000.- The incomings from the planned platform for the sales of leads (inquiries regarding policy recording and optimization) are not included.

9 COMPETITORS On the Swiss market there are currently three providers Knip, FinanceFox and esurance.ch, which enable policyholders to record their insurance policies digitally and report claims. These have, however, a different business model and in the background is a broker's office which has the goal to win by the tool new policyholders. These solutions are not scalable, insurers offer no real added value because of the lack of connection of processes, are not provisioned and are only executable on smartphones and tablets. Above all, their target market is the policyholders, while we focus on the brokers and insurance companies and therefore have less marketing costs because by same market size less potential customers need to be processed.
