WHAT ACTION ACCOMPLISHES: Provides a annual contract to cover for the any problems with the Sprint systems 24 hours a day, 165 days a year. BACKGROUND: It is being requested that the Board approve a Centurion Service Agreement with Sprint-Florida Inc. for the maintenance of all the Sprint Eystems in the county It would cover any problems with the attached list of sites 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The contract will cover any labor or equipment at all the listed sites for anything that goes wrong with any of these systems including replacing if KWSEUY. The approval of this agreement will put all the county systems under one agreement and will save the county thousands of dollars. The contract will be for the amount of $47,X69.09 annually for a period of two (2) years, for a total contract amount of $95,738. IX. Attachment Two (2) Centurion Service Agreement 8.
