3 LEGAL NOTICE The Fulton County Commissioners will receive bids for various Construction Materials to be used in Fulton County highway projects and maintenance programs during the 2015 calendar year. BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at the Fulton County Commissioners office, 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio. Bids will be opened according to the following schedule: PROPOSAL AND CONTRACTS: A. 703 Aggregate. Bid opening at 10:01 A.M. B. 706 Reinforced Concrete Pipe. Bid opening at 10:06 A.M. Bidders may submit bids for any or all of the Proposals, however bids for each Proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, with the name of the Bidder and the name of the Proposal written on the outside of the envelope. Proposals and Specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, Fulton County Engineer, , Wauseon, Ohio. 4 NOTICE TO BIDDERS PROPOSAL It is the purpose of this Proposal to obtain unit price bids for 703 AGGREGATE to be used in 2015 Fulton County Highway Construction and Maintenance Programs. Proposals may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, Fulton County Engineer, , Wauseon, Ohio. By a unanimous vote of the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, all of the requirements of Section of the Revised Code have been waived for these bids. The bidders are requested to submit unit price bids on all gradations commonly manufactured and/or made available for purchase f.o.b. their respective quarries, and/or unit price bids for material & trucking for delivery to Fulton County. Factors which will determine ultimate purchases by Fulton County are; unit bid prices, terms of purchase, location of project, availability of gradation, type of material desired for a particular application, quality of product, type of surface desired. If available, prices are requested for washed #8 stone and 25A (Michigan) stone. Aggregate for projects that require large quantities will be priced at the time of construction by price quotations requested from the bidders.

5 SPECIFICATIONS The Standard Specifications of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation dated January 1, 2013, including supplemental specifications. BID FORM Bids shall be made by attachments hereto by the bidder in whatever form he chooses, conditioned that it shall be submitted in ink, typed or printed form and include any and all terms of purchase. The bid shall be filed in a sealed envelope at or before the time mentioned in the advertisement and at the location mentioned in the advertisement. The bids received shall be opened and tabulated at the time stated in the notice. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid. NOTE: The bidder should sign the Contract Forms and return the Non-Collusion, Personal Property Tax, Non-Discrimination, and No Findings For Recovery Affidavits as part of the bid. Bidders should fill in all lines marked " * ". The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
