LAMP is a Gibraltar and UK based insurer established in 2005 by insurance professionals with a mission to specialise in the Health sectors of the insurance market. LAMP specialises in the provision of health insurance both on and offshore and maintains significant insurance interests in medical, personal accident and dental insurance. It is standard industry practice to reinsure risk; LAMP re-insures risk through market leading organisations who are all rated by Standard & Poor's as A to AAA. LAMP Insurance Company Limited is Commission in Gibraltar and is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Association of British Insurers. Your Euro Center Membership Card Euro Center is the provider of our membership card facilitating cashless claims. They offer members access to an extensive network of quality hospitals and clinics who can offer the convenience of direct settlement for healthcare services. For patients seeking treatment in hospitals within the Euro Center network, their card technology will permit confirmation of eligibility for treatment. The service offered by GEH was extremely personalised and the tailored approach to servicing our account was very reassuring. Even for patients using the card outside Euro Center s Direct Settlement Network - for claims expected to be over USD500.00, a quick phone call to the Euro center Hot Line will establish approval for treatment and direct bill settlement through Euro Center, again, cashless for the patient.

4 Our global insurance plans Medical Plans GEH Plan and GEH Vital Care Our healthcare and medical plans have been carefully designed for expatriates to provide you a choice between: Comprehensive cover with the GEH Plan or. Emergency cover with GEH Vital Care. Both the GEH Plan and GEH Vital Care offer USD 3.0m of lifetime insurance cover and up to USD 1.0m annually. GEH Vital Care is an emergency medical plan, whereas the GEH Plan provides more complete cover and provides for optional extensions to the plan,. Living abroad has its challenges and surprises and they are exactly what we try to avoid with respect to health insurance. Our plans will give you no hassle cover for any medical emergency providing full inpatient cover and medical evacuation up to policy limits. If you fall ill outside your home base country we will cover the costs of your repatriation to your elected treatment country. This will be by scheduled flight, where possible or by air ambulance if deemed medically necessary. GEH Plan Our main GEH Plan offers comprehensive inpatient cover with extensions available for Outpatient and Dental care. To safeguard you against significant health risk and to give you peace of mind the GEH Plan* will provide you cover for: Full cover for inpatient hospital treatment including surgery, intensive care and diagnostic scans. Routine management of chronic conditions Maternity care including pre and post natal treatment and maternity complications (the Insured Person's expected delivery date must be at least 12 months after the initial date of entry to the policy. Cancer treatment. Organ transplantation Medical evacuation Care of un-accompanied children and the costs of a visit for a close family relative or friend. GEH Vital Care We have designed Vital Care to offer exactly what you need in the case of a medical emergency or acute illness. GEH Vital Care* will look after you in that time of need and cover you for: Full cover for inpatient hospital treatment including surgery, intensive care and diagnostic scans. Cancer treatment. Medical evacuation Areas of Coverage Our Plans provide a choice of coverage area: ** Area 1 - excluding North America ** Area 2 - including North America If you elect to choose Area 1 you will still be covered in North America for visits of up to 45 days per year. * Up to Policy limits. ** North America includes USA, Canada and Caribbean. Premium Flexibility Both the GEH Plan and Vital Care premiums can be tailored to suit your specific requirements through the application of deductibles and with payment terms tailored to your needs. 5 Our optional extensions Medical Options For clients selecting the GEH Plan, in addition to the comprehensive in-patient cover we also offer extensions to cover; Outpatient Treatment Dental Treatment Personal Accident and Travel Insurance Outpatient Extension By selecting our Outpatient Option you will receive the additional benefits of; outpatient doctors' fees, prescribed drugs, laboratory work, x-rays, optical care and much more. Dental Extension Our Dental option gives you access to routine dental care for a range of different treatments, with up to USD 2, of annual cover. Personal Accident Extension Add personal accident insurance to your policy to cover those unforeseen events. Depending on your occupation the personal accident extension will provide you with up to USD250, of accident cover. Travel Insurance To complete your cover, our travel insurance will cover your personal and business trips for cancellation, travel delays and loss of baggage, money or passports. 6 Groups and corporate Terms are available for group schemes and we make switching from your current insurance provider easy by transferring your members to us on a continuous personal medical exclusions (CPME) basis and for larger Groups by offering medical history disregarded (MHD) basis. A part of the application form is a medical questionnaire which removes the need for a medical examination. Once the application is returned to us and accepted, all that remains is to pay the premium. Paying your premium To speed up getting you on cover your premium payments are made directly to the insurer offshore.
