SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Luster s Summer of Smiles (the Sweepstakes ) begins on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ( EDT ) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on Saturday, September 30 th 2017 (the Sweepstakes Period ). The Sweepstakes consist of ten (10) unique drawings to award one (1) prize in each drawing. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of French Transit, Ltd. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are at least eighteen (18) years old (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) at the time of entry ( Entrant ). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, FUEL Partnerships, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, and employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, including but not limited to their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, and any and all other companies associated with the promotion agents (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Random drawings to be conducted on or about Tuesday, October 3 rd, 2017 from all eligible entries received by each unlocked prize throughout the Sweepstakes Period (ten (10) unique drawings in all). Conduct of the Sweepstakes and the drawings are under the supervision of the Administrator. Potential prize winners will be notified by phone and/or by or mail or express mail, whichever is deemed appropriate by the Administrator using the contact information provided at the time of entry. 5 Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Sweepstakes, including the prize components, is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of any Prize constitutes prize winner s permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use prize winner s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and complete address (collectively, the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes. 8. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of California (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes the Entrant may have with, or claims Entrant may have against, the Sweepstakes Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (the Forum ) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed by the participant and Sponsor. Only entries that include a fully compliant Eligible Photo and includes the appropriate caption, as later described in these Official Rules, and using #LusterContest are eligible. All entries will be judged based on predefined judging criteria as later described in these rules. Entry in the Contest does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of French Transit, Ltd. Your Eligible Photo and caption must comply with these Official Rules and may not contain any of the Prohibited Content set forth below.

8 3. Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions without the hashtag #LusterContest WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS CONTEST ENTRIES and shall not be eligible for any Prize. 4. All submitted photos will be reviewed by the Sponsor for compliance prior to being judged. HOW TO ENTER: Once you have taken your Eligible Photo, you may enter the Contest in any one (1) of the following ways: Instagram & Twitter Entries: Upload your Eligible Entry along with the hashtag #LusterContest to your Instagram or twitter social media account. Entries will be automatically populated to the Luster s Summer of Smiles landing page at All entries will be reviewed by the Sponsor prior to the judging process. All entries will be reviewed by the Sponsor prior to the judging process. Limit: You may enter one (1) unique photo as often as you like. Alternate Means of Entry: If you do not have access to the Luster product you may artistically draw a Luster product and in the caption telling the judges Why you LOVE Luster along with the hashtag #LusterContest and upload to your Instagram or Twitter social media account.
