ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes starts at 8:00 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on October 9, 2017 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on December 29, 2017 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Sponsor s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada who are at least the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction or residence as of the time of entry and are otherwise eligible under these Official Rules. Employees, non-employee workers, independent contractors, officers, directors, agents or representatives InterContinental Toronto Centre, its hotel owner MTCC Operations Limited Partnership ( MTCC ) and its hotel manager InterContinental Hotels Group (Canada), Inc. or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and/or assigns, or of Sponsor s advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ) and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the steps of each). Any persons living in the same household of each and other individuals/entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void outside of Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and/or regulations. Participation is contingent upon entrant s ( Entrant ) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible Entrant must complete the private entry form by providing his or her full name, address, daytime telephone number, and birth date on the InterContinental Toronto Centre s Facebook page at ( Website ) to receive one (1) entry. Limit: Limited to one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account, address, account, or device. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number or entries by using multiple/different addresses, accounts, devices, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods will void that participant s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Any

2 use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries for that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the address or device used to participate will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Otherwise, the "authorized account holder" of a device is the natural person in whose name the device has been issued and the services are billed. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized account holders. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered or suspected that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple Facebook accounts, address or identities, all of that Entrant s entries will be declared null and void and any prize he/she might have been entitled to will not be awarded. 4. RANDOM DRAWING: On the Friday of each week starting October 13, 2017 through December 29, 2017, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received before each respective drawing as set forth in Section 5 below. In no event will there be more than twelve (12) total winners during the entire Sweepstakes Period. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE AND SKILL TESTING QUESTION: The potential Winners will be notified via and/or telephone within approximately five (5) calendar days of the drawing date listed in Section 5. The potential Winners must reply to Administrator within five (5) days after notification with the required information (including providing any requested documentation) or the Sponsor may select alternative an alternate winner (at Sponsor s sole discretion). Before being declared a Winner, a potential Winner will be required to correctly answer a timed mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or the Prize will be forfeited. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules or declines to accept a Prize, fails to return any required documentation, fails to provide identification and proof of eligibility on request, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Winner, or in the event that the Prize notification or Prize is returned undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited, and at the Sponsor s sole discretion, the forfeited Prize may be awarded to an alternate potential Winner. If the Sponsor wishes to select an alternative potential Winner, Sponsor will select this alternative potential Winner at random from the pool of eligible Entrants. 4 Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or other non-human mechanism, entity or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. The right to receive a Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no Prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Federal, provincial, territorial and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of Winners. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable or postal mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any injury, including death, or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize.
