3 Terms and Conditions. 1. Only those Customers who have purchased Acer Aspire Intel CoreI ( Product(s) ) in India during the period of the offer are eligible to participate. 2. Not applicable on CI3-2 nd gen and Ci5-3 rd gen products. 3. The Period of offer commences on 25 th September, 2014 and closes on 30 th November, (Both days are inclusive). Acer reserves the right to change the duration of offer at its sole discretion. 4. Consumer will have to necessarily submit the slogan within 7 days of purchase date as visible on the invoice copy of the purchased eligible Acer laptop. 5. Consumer are not entitled for these offer in case of purchase made through Online portal, this is applicable only for the direct purchases made from retail market 6. The employees of Acer and their immediate families, distributors, channel partners, Associates and Vendors are not eligible to participate in this offer. Only genuine end Customers are eligible to participate in the offer. 7. The Customers who have purchased the eligible Product(s) and subsequently cancelled the purchase or returned the Products due to any commercial or other issues with the Acer Dealer are not entitled to participate in the Offer. 8. The Customer can only submit a maximum of one Slogan against purchase of one eligible Acer Aspire Notebook during the above Period of Offer and the Slogan shall not be more than 10 words. Late entries are strictly not allowed and will be rejected. 11. Customers who have bought more than one Acer Aspire Notebook within the offer period are eligible to submit equal number of entries for participating in the contest. 12. The Slogan shall be in English and shall be of the Customer s own creation and shall not be in breach of copy right or any third party rights. 13. A Slogan with image may be submitted, in which case the Customer shall ensure that the image is of their own creation and they have the right to assign the copyright in and to the image also to Acer. 14. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Slogan submitted is subject to copyright protection and that Acer owns all copyrights with respect to such Slogan. The Customer hereby assigns to Acer all of her/his right, title, and interest (including but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights) in and to the Slogan. 15. The Customer agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to Acer, including the execution of such documents as it may reasonably request, to confirm and further evidence the foregoing assignment, and/or to perfect or protect Acer s rights with respect to the Slogan. 16. In the event Acer is unable, for any reason after reasonable effort including notice to the Customer, to secure the Customer s signature on any document needed in connection with the actions specified in the preceding clause, then it shall be deemed that the Customer has hereby irrevocably designated and appointed Acer or its duly authorized officers and agents as the Customer s agent and attorney to act for and on behalf of the Customer to execute, verify and file any such documents and to do all other lawfully permitted acts to further the purposes of the preceding paragraph with the same legal force and effect as if executed by the Customer. The Customer hereby waives any and all claims, of any nature whatsoever, which the Customer may hereafter have on Acer for infringement of any rights in and to the Slogan assigned by the customer hereunder to Acer.

4 17. To select the winning slogan all the slogans will be evaluated by an independent jury constituted by Acer. Acer may extend the Offer period or shorten the duration of the Offer period at its sole discretion. 18. A maximum of only 15 winners will be selected between 25 th Sep th December Each winner will get one Bajaj Pulsar 180cc dtsi motorbike at Ex-showroom price. The balance taxes, Insurance, levies and registration cost including additional accessories / extra fittings will need to be borne by the consumer 20. The Prize will be distributed to the eligible winner only and the same is not transferable. 21. The decision of the jury will be final and no correspondence or debates or questions will be entertained in respect thereof. 26. In case of any defects in the prize distributed by Acer, the winner shall not make any claims against Acer and all the issues subsequent to the distribution of the prize shall lie with the Original Manufacturer and winner to address the issues / problems directly with the Original Manufacturer of the product as per the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by the Original Manufacturer. 27. Acer at its sole discretion may use the same slogan or alter the slogan including the image in any form as deemed fit. 29. Acer reserves its right to cancel, change, modify or withdraw this Offer or its terms and conditions without assigning any reason or without giving any prior notice. 30. The decision of Acer on any matters in relation to or arising from the offer shall be final and binding. 31.
