13 9. What could Global Quantum Canada Ltd., do for your Project? RISK MANAGEMENT: Identification of Risks & Opportunities, interpretation of Contract Documents. Independent assessment on main risks and opportunities that the Contract presents. SCHEDULLING & PLANNING: Baseline, monthly updates, recovery, 3 weeks look ahead, as built schedules. Resources loaded schedule. Any type of Delay Analysis. QUANTITY SURVEYING: Take-offs/BoQs for subcontracts tenders, preparation of monthly draws to the Client & invoice proposal to trades. PROCUREMENT: Subcontract of different construction packages, MOU/LOI, TCCOs, SCD, SCO. Identification of scope gaps between subcontracts. CHANGE ORDERS MANAGEMENT: Tracking tables, preparation, negotiation and settlement of proposals (compensation and delays), interrelation between COs-Claims, claims for financing costs as a result of late CDs payments, monthly schedule update with all COs issued. DESIGN COORDINATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: We can take temporary or permanent position as part of the construction teams. COST CONTROL: Monthly production / cost control sheets, cost forecast and deviations analysis, mitigation measurements proposal. Delay related costs. CLAIMS PREPARATION & NEGOTIATION: Tracking tables, Notices of Claim/Delay/Force Majeure (Provisions for Notifications), Statements of Claim, assessment of info from site teams, independent third party check for those claims already prepared (vetting exercise).
