This report is referred to as the Source of Fuds Report or SOF Report. The EB-5 regulatios require the ivestor to prove that the ivested capital was obtaied through lawful meas. The USCIS (US Citizeship ad Immigratio Services) requires a detailed report (1) showig how the ivestor obtaied the fuds used for the ivestmet ad (2) providig a clearly documeted path of fuds from the origial source to the commercial eterprise s bak accout.
