(1) An Ordinance to amend and, as amended, re-enact sections through 13-66, both inclusive, of article IV, of chapter 13, of the Code of Ordinances, Plaquemines Parish Council; to regulate the storage of inoperable, abandoned, dismantled or wrecked vehicles, trailers, trailer coaches, and parts thereof, within the Parish of Plaquemines; to prohibit such storage except under certain conditions; to provide penalties for the violation thereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. 2 (2) An Ordinance to establish a two (2) year moratorium prohibiting the issuance of any permit (including pending applications) for the construction of any trailer park and/or recreational vehicle park within the boundaries of the Parish of Plaquemines in order to allow the Plaquemines Parish Government time to review, regulate and restrict the placement of any trailer park and/or recreational vehicle park pending completion of the Parish Comprehensive Master Plan which includes, but is not limited to, a land use study, zoning and subdivision rules and regulations, traffic and transportation, and overall development consistent with the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Parish of Plaquemines; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (DEFERRED AND MEMBER HINKLEY SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER HODNETT (3) An Ordinance to establish a temporary moratorium prohibiting the issuance of permits by any Parish Department or Agency for the construction of any shopping centers within the Belle Chasse area; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (DEFERRED AND MEMBER HINKLEY SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER HODNETT (4) An Ordinance authorizing the Parish President, Billy Nungesser, to enter into and execute any and all documents necessary and proper to accept the donation of the property known as Judge Perez Park from the owners thereof, Plaquemines Historical Park Association, Inc. (Formerly known as Judge Perez Memorial Association) and further, wave any and all the provisions of the parish Ordinances requiring the back filling of ponds located on property known as Idlewild Plantation; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (DEFERRED AND CARRIED OVER FROM THE 3/11/10 AND 3/25/10 MEETINGS) (5) An Ordinance to authorize the placing of a Stop Sign at the corner of Coast Guard Road and Main Street, Belle Chasse, Louisiana; to establish a penalty for the violation thereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (DEFERRED AND CARRIED OVER FROM THE 3/25/10 MEETING) COUNCIL MEMBER HINKLEY (6) An Ordinance amending the lease agreement between the Plaquemines Parish Government and Eddie s Quality Oyster, Inc. for Lot CC of the Doullut Canal-Morovich s Canal Subdivision, dated March 1, 2000, granting an extension pursuant to the provisions of LSA-R.S. 41:1217, et seq.; authorizing the Parish President, William Billy H. Nungesser, to execute any and all documents necessary and proper in the premises to extend such lease; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. MEMBER FRIEDMAN (7) An Ordinance to amend and as amended, readopt Ordinance No , authorizing the Parish President to execute those documents and agreements required in granting the U. S. Corps of Engineers the ingress and egress to conduct surveys, soil & borrow borings, environmental and cultural resource investigations, and HRTW Investigations, in connection with the Mississippi River Levees, Westbank Levee District, B/L Stations 0+00 to , Stations to 560, Stations to and Stations 840to , Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (8) An Ordinance of the Plaquemines Parish Council, authorizing William Billy Nungesser, for and on behalf of the Plaquemines Parish Government, as the governing authority of the West Bank Levee District, to grant the U.S. Corps of Engineers a clear and unobstructed right of way for access and/or staging areas for construction work to increase the stability of the existing levees along the Algiers Canal in connection with the West Bank and Vicinity, Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System (HSDRRS) Project, Algiers Canal, West Bak Canal Levee, Project WBV 49.1 & 49.2, Drawing C-102, within Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (9) An Ordinance approving a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the State of Louisiana, Louisiana Supreme Court to transfer title to the 25 th JDC Temporary Courthouse Facilities on Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, Louisiana, to the Plaquemines Parish Government; authorizing the Parish President to negotiate and execute those documents and agreements with the State of Louisiana, Louisiana Supreme Court; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

COUNCIL MEMBER BURAS (11) An Ordinance authorizing Parish President, William H. Billy Nungesser, to execute a partial release of that certain mortgage granted by White Oak Realty, LLC, et al, as surety for the back filling of borrow pits on their property, and further authorizing Parish president to execute the non-disturbance agreement in favor of Howell Construction, Inc., of Arkansas; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. COUNCIL MEMBER BURAS (12) An Ordinance to allow the Plaquemines Parish Government to repair non-public roads that have been damaged by Hurricane Katrina, Rita & Gustav and have not been repaired in order to make them passable for ambulance, fire and police vehicles for safety/life-threatening reasons; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. (13) An Ordinance approving a plan of resubdivision of Lots A-1, B-1, C-1, Lot 2 and Former Ruth Meyer Miller Property, Promised Land Plantation into Lots A-2, B-2, C-2, 2-A, 2-B, and 2-C, Promise Land Plantation, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, as shown on the plat of survey by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated January 21, 2009, revised November 11, 2009, the owner having fulfilled all of the requirement of the Subdivision and Resubdivision Ordinance of the Parish of Plaquemines, without cost to the Plaquemines Parish Government or the Parish of Plaquemines.
