3 Inception Meeting September 22 nd, 2016 (Kingston, Jamaica) The objective of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting was to official launch the IWEco project and to: - ensure that all participating countries fully understand the objectives of the project - detail the governance structure and roles of the participating entities - endorse the work plan and budget of the project - learn about related issues which may be of relevance to the project - hear from participating countries on the status of the implementation
