KEY FINANCIAL INFORMATION DESCRIPTION OF GOODS: Bicycle and safety equipment to the value of HIRE PAYMENT: per calendar month, to be paid by means of 12 salary reductions commencing in the month of salary exchange in accordance with the terms of the Salary Exchange Agreement. DURATION OF HIRE: The hiring will commence in the month of salary exchange and will last for a fixed period of 36 months from the Commencement Date ( Hire Period ) KEY INFORMATION OTHER CHARGES In the event you leave the Aviva company's employment for any reason during the Hire Period you will be required to pay a termination fee to us which will not exceed a value equal to the outstanding monthly salary reductions under the Salary Exchange Agreement. If you default on your obligations under this Hire Agreement (eg by failing to make any payments on the due dates) we may recover from you our reasonable legal, administrative and other costs and expenses incurred in enforcing our rights under this Hire Agreement. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL You have a right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel this Hire Agreement and receive a refund for any money paid. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within fourteen working days, starting the day after you take possession of the goods. If you choose to cancel then you must return the Goods to us at your cost. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Goods.
