1 Fannie Mae Connect Implementation tification October 6, 2015 Updated vember 16, 2015 On vember 20, 2015, Fannie Mae will launch Fannie Mae Connect a new, user-friendly portal that streamlines and centralizes key Fannie Mae information and data from multiple reporting applications, making it easier to do business with us. Key Benefits Fannie Mae Connect will: Consolidate multiple applications currently used to provide reports to lenders and other Fannie Mae business partners Provide a customizable experience, allowing users to set preferences and alerts Enable future updates for even more flexibility In This tification This tification provides information about the implementation of Fannie Mae Connect, including reports that will be available initially, the migration of user credentials, future phases, and retirement of certain Fannie Mae report applications. Phase 1 Fannie Mae reports will be migrated to Fannie Mae Connect in phases. The reports listed in the table below will become available in Fannie Mae Connect on vember 20, 2015 (Phase 1). Please note: Existing users with access to any of the Phase 1 reports listed below will be able to access Fannie Mae Connect with no new registration required. Their user credentials will be activated automatically through Technology Manager for access to Fannie Mae Connect and to the specific report category for the reports for which they are authorized. During a transition period, these reports will be available in both Fannie Mae Connect and the applications through which they are currently accessed. Reports available in Fannie Mae Connect will be placed in categories. The default category for each report is included below. Report Administrators will also be able to set up custom categories. Additional details about the migration of these reports are provided in the Appendix (pages 4 6).
