1 Terms & conditions for Financier, Investor cum lender Membership The Following Terms & condition for the aforesaid membership are as under:- 1. The Financier, investor cum lender member is being provided to individual, firm, company, society, trust and others who is willing & want to give a loan amount of Rupees Five lakhs to Gabbar Buying for a period of Six years as per terms and conditions of loan agreement between such member and Gabbar Buying. 2. That as per law loan agreement or contract will be executed and signed between the aforesaid member and Gabbar Buying duly registered or notarized as per desire of parties. 3. That the financier, investor cum lender member who gives loan of Rs. Five lakhs to Gabbar Buying for Six years shall have two options to get back his loan or investment as under :- (a) Either to take or receive fix amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs) immediately after expiry of Six years by advance post dated security cheque of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs) along with an agreement/contract of loan. Or (b) Or to take an advance post dated cheque after a period of Six years (loan period) of Rs. Five Lakhs and Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI, (AMT) Car from showroom by taking finance of rupees Five lakhs for a period of Five years from any nationalized bank in his name EMI of such Car loan will be paid by Gabbar Buying with interest till Five years in the loan account on behalf of borrower. (However difference money as per invoice price over five lakhs aforesaid loan amount for Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI, (AMT) Car will be paid by a Financier, investor cum lender member.)

2 2 4. That EMI of loan of rupees five lakhs against the aforesaid car will be paid by Gabbar buying in case a member selects option 3(b) above. 5. A member under this category will get a post dated cheque of Rupees five lakhs for a period immediately after expire of six year loan period as return of his principal of loan amount given by him to gabbar buying plus repayment of car loan of rupees five lakh with interest in case he select aforesaid option 3(b) above. 6. That in case of option 3(b), the margin money/difference amount of invoice price of vehicle over and above the Five Lakhs loan amount will be paid by financier, investor cum lender member to showroom/car dealer concern. 7. That Gabbar Buying will pay all installments of car loan amount of Rs. five lakhs sanctioned by nationalized banks against the aforesaid vehicle in the name of financier, investor cum lender member in lieu of the loan amount of Rs. Five Lakhs given by financier, investor cum lender member willingly to Gabbar Buying which will be full satisfactory amount to a member as return and compensation in final satisfaction of such member for which he is agree and give his/it consent freely. 8. The Gabbar Buying will deposit rupees 2.5 lakh in joint bank account in the name of Gabbar Buying and financier member for repayment of initial 2 years car loan installment approximately after receiving above said 5 lakh loan, bank finance on car, delivery of car and documentations, agreement etc between gabbar buying and such financier member. However the gabbar buying will be free to utilize remaining 2.5 lakh at its will and planning under any head for which such financier member shall have no objection. 9. The financier, investor cum lender member is in the aforesaid manner by opting option either 3(a) or 3(b) is fully satisfy and

3 3 freely, willingly given his consent and will not make any further claim in future. 10. Gabbar Buying reserve her/ its discretion, rights to admit or not to admit aforesaid membership or any members and to delete or remove any membership or members at any time and at any stage without any notice and intimation. 11. No member shall act & use intermediate portal called in any manner which is harmful, illegal, unlawful and prejudice to gabbar buying, If found in such activities, his name from membership will be deleted with appropriate legal action. 12. A membership is liable to be cancelled or deleted immediately by gabbar buying if any information provided by a member is found false or incorrect given at the time of registration or login or otherwise. 13. The Gabbar Buying is bound to repay the fix loan amount of Rs. Five Lakhs in installments of Five years taken by financier, investor cum lender member against Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI, (AMT) Car (or any other agreed vehicle) only after receiving the loan of Rs. Five Lakhs from such member and documentations who join Gabbar Buying as financier, investor cum lender member willingly and knowingly with the expectation of aforesaid any one of option and its return selected by him willing as stated above as 3(a) or 3(b). 14. That the aforesaid vehicle or agreed vehicle between Gabbar Buying and financier, investor cum lender member is worked out on the basis of on road price as per invoice of car dealer at Jabalpur. 15. That the Gabbar Buying will not liable to pay any other amount, charges, taxes, levy, fee, service tax, income tax, sales tax, VAT tax & GST tax or any other taxes and charges in any name in

4 4 respect of the aforesaid vehicle except as stated in the website If any such amount, taxes, charges, fee, levy arises, and the same will be paid by financier, investor cum lender member. 16. That the Gabbar Buying in its discretion may clear the entire loan amount of Rs. Five Lakhs against vehicle on behalf of financier, investor cum lender member (borrower) even before the expiry of the period of loan i.e. Five years but the principal amount of loan of Rs. five Lakhs will be given back to financier, investor cum lender member only after expiry of Six years who opt option 3(b) aforesaid. 17. All terms and conditions, privacy policy, user agreement, disclaimer policy, terms & conditions of Financier, investor cum lender membership all others of gabbar buying or shall apply to a member, person, company, firm etc called financier, investor cum lender member. 18. That if there is any dispute between Gabbar Buying and financier, investor cum lender member the same shall be referred to an arbitrator duly appointed by the court having jurisdiction for Jabalpur district under Arbitration Act and award of the arbitrator shall be binding to Gabbar Buying and financier, investor cum lender member. All arbitration proceedings will be held and done at Jabalpur (M.P.) 19. That the financier, investor cum lender member is obliged and bound to follow all the law and rules prevailing in India in taking the loan against vehicle and in giving the loan to Gabbar Buying, joining membership and for other purposes, aims and object for which gabbar Buying has been constituted. 20. The Gabbar Buying will not the responsible for anything and in any manner for any fraud, misrepresentation, cheating and

5 5 forgery committed by a member or financier, investor cum lender member and done anything by him illegally and against the law. 21. That for the aforesaid things, completion, loan formality, loan to Gabbar Buying, all necessary documents, identity documents, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Registration, Income Tax Returns, Address Proof, Photo's and all other will be timely provided by financier, investor cum lender member immediately and within reasonable time. 22. That the total number of financier, investor cum lender member is fixed and decided by Gabbar Buying is 10,000 (Ten Thousand) on all Indian basis may be completed from any Region, District & State situated in India. However, such outer limit of 10,000 as financier, investor cum lender member may be increased, enhanced as and when need arises or decided by Gabbar Buying in the interest of Gabbar Buying. The Gabbar Buying may fix the membership district wise, state wise and in other forms as per its Comfort and Discretion. 23. The Gabbar Buying shall be free to utilize or keep the loan amount of Rs. Five Lakhs given by financier, investor cum lender member in any manner at her/it will, comfort and plan for which financier, investor cum lender member has no objection whatsoever as he is keen and interested in the aforesaid return in the aforesaid manner or any other manner or form as decided and given by gabbar buying. Thus such member is signing agreement/ contract with gabbar buying in the aforesaid subjects and giving loan of Rs. Five lakh to Gabbar Buying willingly, Freely, Consently without any fear and pressure. 24. That gabbar buying at its discretion may close, reduce or increase the financier, investor cum lender membership even before or after completion of total 10,000 memberships at any stage at any time.

6 6 25. The EMI for the purpose of payment of 5, 00,000 car loan amount will be calculated as per SBI car loan norms calculated on per lakh. If SBI fix EMI rupees 2150 per lakhs for a period of Five years loan the same will be applied for the purpose of repayment of car loan and difference amount of such installment will be paid by financier member if any. 26. In the aforesaid things, execution, contract, agreement, implementation, the Gabbar Buying will not accept any cash amount from anybody or any person or financier, investor cum lender member who intend to join Gabbar Buying as financier, investor cum lender member as per terms. 27. That every member, person, firm, company, society and other legal person/ firm etc who decide to give rupees five lakh loan to gabbar buying for Six year and to join as financier, investor cum lender member is required first to book the opportunity by paying rupees INR 31,000 and give rupees Five lakh loan to gabbar buying by execution of proper documentation then only he/it shall be eligible for the aforesaid car and membership subject to terms & condition of gabbar buying apply and stated in That gabbar buying will work on the basis of minimum 100 member slot & more together or minimum 1000 member slot & more together who Book the opportunity for the aforesaid car and membership till then such person or member has to wait even he has made any payments to gabbar buying in the aforesaid matter or things. 29. That for getting the benefits by a person under these terms and conditions, the two things must be completed by him i.e. given loan of rupees 5 lakh and Book an opportunity on payment of rupees 31,000 are mandatory. however INR 31,000 is adjustable.

7 7 27. The following documents are / will be required for finance of car as under: a). For Salaried class people:- 2 Photo Pan Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card. Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill. Last 2 month salary slip with 2 year Form-16 or I.T.R last 2 year. Last 6 months Bank Statement of Bank Pass (Updated Entry) Post dated cheques. b). For Self-Employed people:- 2 Photo Pan Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card. Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill. Last 6 months Bank Statement of Bank Pass(Updated Entry) Post dated cheques. c). For NIP / Agriculture people:- 2 Photo Pan Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card. Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill. Agriculture land (Minimum 5 Acar) or Gumasta or Sale Tax number / TIN number. Last 6 months Bank Statement of Bank Pass (Updated Entry) Post dated cheques. * * * * *
