1 Wholesale s ONE-TIME CLOSE FAQ s: How do I find my Loan if I have not submitted it to AFR? Go to and Login using your credentials. You will be brought to your Dashboard. In the top right you will see Pipeline. Click Pipeline Once on the pipeline view, you will have the ability to see: Loans you are subscribed to Registered Loans with AFR Pre-Registered Loans Pre-Registered Loans is where we will find your ONE-TIME CLOSE loans. If not already selected, click on Pre-Registered Loans. All Pre-Registered loans will appear. Find the loan you would like to view and click the Pre Registration Reference Number. Clicking Pre Registration Reference Number will bring you to the ONE-TIME CLOSE Dashboard where you can: upload documents check on the status communicate with AFR s One-Time Close team How do I find my Loan if I have submitted it to AFR? 2 You will be brought to your Dashboard. In the top right you will see Pipeline. Click Pipeline Once on the pipeline view, you will have the ability to see: Loans you are subscribed to Registered Loans with AFR Pre-Registered Loans Pre-Registered Loans is where we will find your ONE-TIME CLOSE loans. If not already selected, click on Registered Loans. All Registered loans will appear. Find the loan you would like to view and click the loan number. Clicking the loan number will bring you to the loan. Scroll down to One-Time Close Details (expand the section if not already expanded). Then click on Open OTC Dashboard. This will bring you back to the OTC Dashboard How do I upload documents when a status is Complete? Navigate to the loan in question, go to the section you would like to upload to. Click View Documents under the status icon. Page 2 of 6
3 A new window will appear; here you can upload your new documents by clicking BROWSE. Once the documents have been selected and uploaded, click CONTINUE on the bottom right. Clicking CONTINUE will bring you to the next screen. Here, you will see the documents you have uploaded. Page 3 of 6
4 If you have uploaded all documents required, check the box next to I have uploaded all documents needed for this step then click SUBMIT. The status of the section will change to Pending and AFR s ONE-TIME CLOSE team will be notified. I Can t Submit an ONE-TIME CLOSE loan because the option is grayed out or missing. If you try to submit an ONE-TIME CLOSE loan but the New ONE-TIME CLOSE loan button is missing or grayed out don t worry. Your permissions just need to be updated. To Update your permissions please contact your AFR Account executive or your AFR loan center company admin. Page 4 of 6
5 How do I add another person at my Company to get notifications of progress? Navigate to the One-Time Close loan you would like to add a co-worker too. Once on the ONE-TIME CLOSE dashboard, at the bottom right there is a Subscriber Users section. Here you can add co-workers you would like to also receive notifications for this One-Time Close loan. Click into the box labeled ENTER A USER the box will suggest users to add. Click the desired username and then Subscribe User. The added user will now receive updates on this One-Time Close Loan How do I archive a Loan? Login to AFR Loan center Click on Pipeline Locate the loan in Pre-Registered loans Click view on the loan Click Archive this loan in the top right. Page 5 of 6
6 I Created an ONE-TIME CLOSE loan but now I can t find it, where did it go? First, go to the Pipeline view Then click the checkbox next to Include Archived & dormant. Then check for the loan in the ALL REGISTERED LOANS pipeline and in the PRE-REGISTERED LOANS pipeline. I did not receive a notification when my loan was updated. Why? Often a notification is not receiving due to one of two factors.: First check your junk folder; although AFR s messages are secure, sometimes a company s settings will move the notification to a junk folder. Second, if there is no message in your junk folder: Login to AFR Loan Center View the OTC loan you would like to receive notifications from Make sure you are subscribed to that loan If you are subscribed and still do not receive notifications, please contact your AFR Account Executive.
